Dawg Tennis loses heartbreaker

    The Copperas Cove tennis team was a few points away from advancing to the next round of the Area Team Tennis Tournament held in Waco this week. The Bulldawgs fought their way back into contention against Rockwall when it looked like they may be ousted early. Cove (22-15) battled back to force tiebreakers in seven of those 10. Rockwall battled back from a set down in the other three. Cove came out of the doubles section of the tournament down 4-3 to Rockwall.
