    Bulldawgs win four straight to close out non-district schedule

    The Copperas Cove Bulldawgs closed out their non-district schedule with a 10-4 road win over the Waco High Lions on Friday at Waco ISD’s Veteran’s Field in Waco. After beginning the season with backto- back losses, the Bulldawgs have won four straight games and six of their last seven to push their season record to 7-3- 1 heading into their district opener against Shoemaker this Friday. Copperas Cove strung together 12 hits against Waco on Friday in an error-filled outing by both squads.
