Lady Dawgs tip off season tonight

The Copperas Cove Ballin’ Bulldawgs gave basketball fans a little treat on Thursday night during the annual Meet the Dawgs night. The Dawgs showed off their ball handing skills with drills before delighting fans with a three-point and dunk contest before squaring off in the Soap and Towel intrasquad scrimmage. Sharpshooting senior Jordan Woodberry outlasted sophomore Kendall Ware in the three-point contest. Woodberry beat senior Chance Smith in the first round and Ware beat junior Devante Robinson to advance. Woodberry beat Robinson in round two and Ware beat Smith to advance to the finals.
