The 21st annual Herb & Art Festival, hosted by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the downtown square. In addition to gardening vendors selling herbs and plants, the festival will have 100 arts and crafts booths, food vendors, as well as a children’s area.
