By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press Dillon Joshua Dorsey, 28, was booked into the Coryell County jail on Tuesday morning on charges oftheft of a firearm and theft over $1,500 but under $20,000. Coryell County District Attorney said the charges came after Dorsey allegedly stole a “friend’s” vehicle and in the process, also stole a gun. Sgt.
At approximately 9:10 p.m., Friday, July 24, Coryell County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call in reference to a neighbor being assaulted. The caller relayed that his neighbor had come over and told him that she had been beaten, tied up, and stabbed.
