Joshua Cade Hill was arrested in the 1200 block of Phil Avenue on Thursday at 2:04 a.m. with a warrant for failure to yield the right of way in a private drive or alley of a building. He was also arrested for possession of more than one gram but less than four grams of a penalty group one controlled substance and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Naila Swindling was arrested on Thursday at 12:46 p.m. in the 200 block of Park Point Lane for possession of under two ounces of marijuana.
Robert Allen McCullough was arrested on Thursday at 1:48 p.m. in the 100 block of Wolfe Road. Sgt. Martin Ruiz of the Copperas Cove Police Department said he was arrested for criminal mischief in the form of damage to the windshield and the paint of a Nissan Sentra that was reported on June 3. He was also arrested at the time for having an expired operator's license and for not having a driver's license.
Cove police assisted the Bell County Sheriff's Office in arresting Joshua Armando Hernandez in the 2500 block of East Business Highway 190 on Thursday at 8:01 p.m. for a failure to appear for driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction involving a suspended license for being without motor vehicle insurance, Ruiz said.
An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Thursday at 7:13 a.m. from the 900 block of South 17th Street. Ruiz said a cinder block was thrown through the windshield of a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country minivan damaging the windshield, the antenna and a window and a license plate was stolen. The total monetary value assessed in this case was $1,155. 
A theft of money in the amount of $2,401 was reported from a location in the 1200 block of South 19th Street on Thursday at 1:44 p.m. Ruiz said this incident involved a scam in which the victim sent that amount of money to have a computer fixed, but the repair was not done.
