Dawg Tennis improves to 18-10 on the year

The Copperas Cove Bulldawg netters got inplenty of work last week, wrapping it up Saturday  with rematches against College Station High and Brownwood at the Dawg Tennis Center. College Station’s powerhouse team posted a 15-4 win over Copperas Cove. Cove’s wins came from Tessa Bliss and Zonya Mackwelung 4-6, 6-1 (10-8) in No. 3 girls doubles. Girls singles wins were taken by Sydney Danemarks at No. 4 5-7, 6-1 (10-8), Mackwelung at No. 5 (8-50 and Talulah Cross at No. 6 1-6, 6-4 (11-9).
