Retired Army major and volunteer passes away.

The city of Copperas Cove bid farewell to longtime Cove resident, Jim Rudd, who passed away on Tuesday at the age of 68. Rudd served 21 years in the US Army, then followed up with a second career in the Copperas Cove Independent School District’s purchasing department for 17 years.
