Patio Café says aloha with Hawaiian cuisine

This week’s Central Texas College (CTC) Patio Café Cuisine Nights Dining Experience is a trip to the island of Hawaii. Dinner will be served from 6 – 7:30 p.m. in the culinary arts area of the Student Lounge (Bldg. 106). The evening starts with a choice of soup, appetizer and salad. Diners can choose chicken long rice soup ($6.50 for a bowl or $1.50 for a cup with a meal) or lomi-lomi salmon ($5.50). The featured salad is sesame cabbage salad ($5.50) while the house salad ($3.75 or free with an entrée) is also available.
