Maks set to add go carts, batting cages

A little over a year opened, the MAKS Family Fun & Event Center is growing. Construction will begin on August 20 that will take approximately three to four months to complete. “MAKS started because
the owners wanted some batting cages for their grandchildren and it blew up from there,” said Manager, Chris Chambers. For the last 20 years the Barbee family has been operating Bar-B Plumbing. Both family owned businesses is operated with Ed and MaKayla Barbee with sons Travis Oliver and Brandon Barker.
