With the start of school less than a month away, Mission Casa has been preparing for an event for the children of the Casa Drive, Horseshoe Drive, Sunset Lane and Georgetown Road neighborhoods.
 
CCLP/PAMELA GRANT - Teenagers play with their own bits of dough at the dough show put on by Domino’s at the library. The dough show was the library’s reward to the teens at the end of the Summer Reading Program.

Teens dove for discs of dough and generally had a good time at Tuesday’s dough show.

Courtesy Photo - On July 22, Copperas Cove Optimist International Club President Sandor Vegh sorts donations given to the Optimist Club Secondhand Store. The not-for-profit thrift store provides various resources and funding to families of children with severe health concerns, children’s hospitals, families with severe hardships, local organizations that serve the community and more.
