On Monday morning, more than 7,700 students converged on campuses throughout Copperas Cove to begin the 2016-2017 school year.

CCLP/LYNETTE SOWELL - The Copperas Cove Utility Administration Department is closing its drive-through service as of Thursday, Sept. 1. With the implementation of the new management system via FATHOM Water Management, Inc., the city department will eventually be reduced to two employees who will work out of the Finance Department at City Hall.
