The Bulldawgs concluded their spring practices with a spirited back-and-forth contest in their annual Blue and Gold Spring Game Thursday night at Bulldawg Stadium. The Dawgs wrapped up their 18 practices in 30 days in the same fashion they’ve played all year - battling - with the White team just edging the Blue team, 27-26.
Despite beginning their seasons back in April, most teams have only been able to get three or four games in. Between the monthlong deluge of rain and the Rabbit Festival break, many teams have played only one or two games in May and the city parks have been closed for practice much of the month.
