A new school record in the pole vault and a mark just one inch shy of the mark to win the 2016 UIL State Championship in the high jump is not a bad way for the Copperas Cove Bulldawg track season to get underway at their host Bulldawg Relays on Saturday.

OSDCT was selected by Congressman Roger Williams’ (R-Austin) office to receive the one-of-a-kind Black Tie & Boots Edition Tundra from Gulf Coast Toyota.

A contingent from Copperas Cove joined others from the Central Texas area for a special delivery at Toyota of Killeen on Friday afternoon.

Families surrounded the duck pond at the Copperas Cove City Park for a chance to catch rainbow trout as part of the 10th annual Fishing in the Park on Saturday morning.

Copperas Cove residents came out to the grand opening of Pet Supplies Plus over the weekened. Shoppers had the chance to cast votes for one of three local shelters to receive a $1,000 donation from Pet Supplies Plus, with the other two shelters each receiving $250.
