Cove Leader-Press Jan Neumann spent her first career as an engineer, drafting plans for laying telephonecables for businesses and housing developments  in the Copperas Cove and Killeen area, but now the Kempner mother of three, grandmother of nine, and new great-grandmother of one works primarily in one of her first loves, watercolor painting.
