CTC held the official ribbon cutting ceremony On August 18 which was attended by members of the Chambers of Commerce from Copperas Cove, Killeen, and Harker Heights. Congressman Roger Williams was the guest speaker for the event.

“This academy is a tremendous asset,” said Williams. “This academy will provide future officers with the proper knowledge and training that they’ll need to be great members of the law enforcement community… It is crucial that we provide those who aspire, those who want to be in such a noble profession, with the resources to do their jobs to the best of their abilities… We will always stand with them and let them know that we always love them, that we’re always there for them…We will not back down in support for our police officers.”
