Throwing starfish

It's not every day that a 23-year-old young man gets a street named after him, but it officially happened on Friday. Most people twice that age, or three times that age, never see their name in print, let alone on a permanent greenand-white sign and to be listed on Google maps. The number of kids who throw footballs around compared to one who actually ends up in the NFL? Well, hundreds of thousands to one, perhaps? (Remember that ex-boyfriend of mine I mentioned from decades ago who wanted to play for the Cowboys one day, and I said it was a pipe dream? (Yes, poor choice in teams, but that's not my point today.)
