Pair of rabies cases confirmed in Gatesville

Gatesville animal control officers recently confirmed two cases of rabies found in skunks on March 1 and March 2. In both cases, Gatesville residents reported a skunk fighting with their dogs. Animal control officers shot the skunks and sent them to The Texas Department of Health Services in Austin.
