Lions Club seeking golfers, sponsors for annual scramble

The Copperas Cove Lions Club will host their 25th annual Lions Club Golf Tournament on March 23, at Hills of Cove Golf Course. The goal for the club is to raise $7,000 that will go back to supporting the youth of their community through their eyeglasses project, Lions’ Camp scholarships and community service projects in the Highland Park green space. The four-person scramble is set to begin at 8:30 a.m. with a limit to the first 144 players. Cut off for registration is March 20 at 5 p.m. Registration for each individual is $50 and includes a meal, green fees and cart rental.
