Home brewers gather at Imbiss for club meeting
Sharing their love for home brewing, the Central Texas Brewers Association gathered at the German Imbiss in Copperas Cove for their regularly scheduled meeting of passing around samples of their concoctions while fellowshipping Saturday evening. The club of nearly 50 members from Killeen, Fort Hood, Copperas Cove and Kempner features experienced brewers as well as rookies as they share their passion for the art and craft of brewing; beer, wine mead, cider and other fermented beverages. With no
dues, no pressure and no worries the club is open to veteran brewers as well as rookies who are wanting to learn how to better their brews. “We all have a passion for the art of brewing,” club vice president Scott Darling said. “We come together to learn and share our projects.”
