Golden deeds award winner announced

Jim Rudd- CENTER, conducted an induction ceremony for two new members of the Exchange Club of Copperas Cove at its meeting on Wednesday. Inducted were Rick Kirkpatrick- LEFT, and LT. Butch Ronne.

The Exchange Club of Copperas Cove held it's meeting on Wednesday under the leadership of club president Malcolm Dickinson. Bob Goodwin offered the invocation and Joey Ellis led the pledges to the American and the Texas flags. Dickinson welcomed everyone and then called for announcements. It was announced that the Stand Up for America membership campaign is still underway. More new members have been signed up to the club under this program. This campaign waives membership fees for the period of Jan. 15 through April 15. Three individuals signed up for club membership this week. They are Trisha Boardman, Edward Nixon, and Sandra Nixon.
