Apostles of Interior Life visit local church

The Apostles of Interior Life came to visit the Holy Family Catholic Church this week from College Station, on a mission to spread the word of God and to also celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the church.

Three sisters on a mission with the Apostles of the Interior Life visited Copperas Cove this week to celebrate the Holy Family Catholic Church's 50-year anniversary and to also offer spiritual guidance to anyone who would listen. Sister Elena Morcelli, Sister Celestina Menin and Sister Michela Brugnoli, all originally from Italy, are currently teaching at St. Mary's Catholic Center within Texas A&M University in College Station. The women came to the United States in 2008 and were asked to help with student direction and evangelization. Morcelli said one of their main missions is to bring strayed Catholics back to the church, and since she has been at the college, she has seen a definite increase in interest in becoming a consecrated woman.
