Attorney gives tips for business owners

Cove small business owners had the chance to learn more about business law during their lunch break at Friday’s monthly Lunch ‘N Learn, sponsored by the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation. Meredith Armstrong with the M. A. Armstrong Law Firm, PLLC in Killeen gave a presentation that focused on choosing a business structure, maintaining business entity status, business partnerships, protecting a business’s proprietary information, brand and trademarks, as well as business privacy regulations.
