Blotter story July 13

Christopher Kevin Serraty was arrested in the 3000 block of East Business Highway 190 on Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol content equal to or greater than 0.15 percent. 
 
Trey Lorenz Myles was arrested on Wednesday at 10:34 a.m. in the 300 block of West Avenue B for tampering with physical evidence. Sgt. Martin Ruiz of the Copperas Cove Police Department said the subject was arrested who had a baggie hidden in his mouth with narcotics in it. Before the officer was able to retrieve it, the subject had swallowed the baggie.
 
Ruiz said a 15-year-old juvenile used a fake ID to get into a night club reported on Wednesday at 12:28 a.m. When she was transported back home, she assaulted her parents. This occurred in the 400 block of Bowden Avenue. 
 
Criminal mischief was reported from the 1200 block of South FM 116 on Wednesday at 8:21 a.m. Ruiz said the victim left his apartment to find his motorcycle turned over on its side, causing $2,330 worth of damage.
 
An incident of online solicitation of a minor was reported to the police department on Wednesday at 12:22 p.m. Ruiz said this case remains under investigation, but apparently the call was made from out-of-state.
 
The theft of a bicycle worth $450 was reported on Wednesday at 1:55 p.m. from the 200 block of North Main Street. Ruiz said the unsecured bicycle was stolen from the front yard of the residence.
